Kitchen: All kitchen positions start as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook and work their way into the other three areas, Appetizer Cook, Grill Cook, and Main Cook. Most start at $7.25/hr.
Wait Staff: Most waiters begin as backup and support staff ($7.25) and work their way into server position. ($2.13/hr plus tips).
